Light
We start with the light: where the sun rises, how it comes in during the morning, where the afternoon warms up. Then come the walls. A well-oriented house uses less energy, feels bigger and is better to live in. That's why every project starts with a visit to the site, at the hour when the light tells the truth.

The idea in drawings and models, with a construction budget broken down by trade.

Design
The drawings for the permit and for the build, with every material chosen.

Build
We see the construction through to handover, with weekly site visits.
